Plan Ahead When you Buy Luxury

Unknown Sunday, September 19, 2010
The days of cheap undies will soon be gone.  Retail analysts are forecasting the possibility of underwear prices rising by as much as 6% by the end of the year.  So there is more reason than ever to consider the quality of the lingerie we buy.  Apart from the delight of wearing luxury lingerie it makes good economic sense to buy lingerie that is well made and that will last many years, with proper care,  than to spend  less on something that will fall apart after a couple of washes. And with prices rising early shopping for the festive season might also be a good plan.  The other reason to plan ahead and buy early with luxury lingerie is to allow time for it to be made.  Yes, "made" because many top end manufacturers make to order or make to measure.  One example is Diki by Diane Rubach, a UK based lingerie designer whose silk undies, nightgowns and pyjamas are made to order using measurements supplied by the shopper.  Delivery time is usually about 21 days but in busy times this can be longer.

Image shows Diki silk camisole & French knickers in the Leila design.  Also available in the Leila collection:  basque, chemise, teddy, long nightdress, bra, brief, thong, suspender belt and jacket.  All of these items can be bought separately  at Ever-so-Sexy.com.
