Ultimate Big Brother Nadia is wearing a black bandeau lying in a bath.
Any sister or transsexual brother for that matter having so much 'up' front is strongly not advised to wear a bandeau bathing suit, unless you make sure you keep horizontal just like Nadia does in the picture.
As for what 'ultimate' really stands for in the recent Big Brother series, could be confirmed by Makosi and Chantelle:

Chantelle famously sang “I Want It All” on Celebrity Big Brother 4 – and today, Nadia and Victor will make up the rest of her fictional band Kandy Floss, as the three of them must practice and perform the song together tonight.
