Today is the last day to book cheap flights to Bangkok from Kuala Lumpur for less than $20 dollar.
Air Asia is having a promotion offering 10.000 cheap flights to Thailand, calling it free flights to Bangkok. Of course in typical Air Asia style, free means that you still have to pay for tax, fees and the irritating "convenience fee" when you pay by credit or debit card. I mean, who books his tickets online, pays the ticket with his credit card and needs to pay a penalty for that? Welcome to Air Asia :-)
Do hurry: you need to book your cheap flight before the first of June, which is tomorrow. you have to depart to Bangkok between the 7th of June and the 31st of August this year. And of course, you need to book your own return flight.
However, this is a very cheap and convenient way of flying out of Malaysia, into Thailand and booking cheap flights to other South East Asian departing from Bangkok. Apart from bathing suits, do bring lots of sunscreen - more important than packing shampoo! - as the sun just feels hotter and hotter these days.
