Listen to the relaxing beach music cd snippet I found browsing through beach music videos at youtube.
Main thing is to relax without doing any yoga: close your eyes, listen to the music and imagine yourself on a beach relaxing. That saves you a lot of money for not having to go on a beach vacation yet enjoying the calmness of the sound of ocean waves.

Oamaru is not famous for its beach, but more for the blue penguin colony living next to the harbour.
When it comes to relaxation: a self drive in New Zealand next to the beaches of the East Coast or rough West Coast will take away all your stress. There are more sheep than people in New Zealand, and trust me, I hardly saw any sheep :-) Once you park your car next to the coast line, these New Zealand beaches are yours and yours only!
